Jonathan Kwon, Pastor of Redemption Ministries and Club 6:2

Pastor Jonathan received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Theology from Notre Dame, a Master’s in Public Policy from the New School and is currently attending Princeton Theological Seminary to obtain his M. Div. Pastor Jonathan currently leads Children’s Ministries for One Heart Baptist Church and can be heard speaking too loudly and very excitedly on Sunday mornings about the glorious gospel. He is also the lead pastor for Redemption Ministries, a new kind of church with old school values. When he’s not at church, Pastor Jonathan is working for the City of New York’s Department of Homeless Services, where he is a director of Quality Assurance and Technical Assistance.

Pre-K and Kindergarten – Michelle Yoo
Michelle is a teacher by God’s grace, and God’s grace alone: she is constantly asking God for patience, wisdom, and humility in teaching her raucous Pre-K students, whom she grows to love more and more each week. She is looking for poignant and innovative ways to teach her giggly and loving students to love God out of the overflow of their hearts. Outside of church, Michelle likes to explore neighborhoods, stay active (running and swimming), people-watch, cook (and eat!) healthy meals, proofread friends’ writing, and spend time with friends and family.

1st and 2nd Grade – Grace Pak
Grace obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Policy from Stony Brook University. Grace currently teaches children in 1st and 2nd grade at the One Heart Baptist Church. She also works as a B2H Waiver Services Provider at the Catholic Guardian Society and Home Bureau, an organization with a purpose of strengthening, encouraging and offering both professional and compassionate services to single mothers, foster children and individuals with disabilities.
